Data we process
- Host email — used for Host recovery / safety-net emails and, if you opt in, product updates.
- Marketing opt-in — stored in
marketing_contactswhen a Host checks the create-flow opt-in. - League and draft content — league settings, team/Owner names, bids, picks, roster state, and related draft events needed to run the room.
- Session tokens and reclaim codes — Host resume links and Owner reclaim codes so people can rejoin after a phone dies or tab closes.
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly usage analytics on the deployed site.

We use service providers to operate Player Select, including:
- Vercel (hosting and Analytics)
- Neon (database)
- Ably (live sync)
- Resend (transactional email)
- Sleeper (player catalog ingest)
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies or similar storage for device preferences (for example sound / CRT settings) and Vercel Analytics. There is no separate Cookie Policy page; this section covers cookies and analytics.
Reclaim codes — treat like passwords
Hosts can see Owner reclaim codes in the Host console and may receive them in a safety-net email. Treat reclaim codes like passwords: do not post them publicly or share them beyond the Owner who needs them.
Retention
We keep data while it is useful for running drafts and supporting Hosts, or until you ask for manual removal via x.com/denisrams. There is no automatic TTL and no self-serve delete portal today.
Marketing
Product update emails are opt-in only (create-flow checkbox). Until a dedicated email marketing system ships, unsubscribe by contacting x.com/denisrams.
Access, correction, and deletion
To access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, contact x.com/denisrams. There is no GDPR/CCPA self-serve privacy portal in v1.
