These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Sports and NFL disclaimer
Player Select is an unofficial fantasy draft tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL club, or other sports leagues or rights holders. Player names and team abbreviations are used only to run your private draft room.
Play-money only
All dollar amounts ($) in Player Select are play-money for draft budgets. The service does not provide real-money wagering, payments, or cash prizes.
As-is; Host runs the room
The service is provided as-is with no warranty of any kind. The Host runs each draft room. Player Select is not liable for draft outcomes, Host decisions, downtime, data loss, or interruptions during draft night.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- scrape, abuse, or overload the service;
- steal, share, or misuse secret Host links or Owner reclaim codes.
